To participate in this program, flock owners or managers must:

  1. Submit this enrollment application
  2. Designate a flock veterinarian.
  3. Officially identify all test eligible sheep/goats.
  4. Maintain a flock inventory in an electronic format.
  5. Schedule inspections to be performed annually by a BAH assigned inspector.
  6. Adhere to the OPP/CAE Program Testing Strategy.
